We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), specific conditions apply to cancellations and returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Print-on-Demand Products
Because our products are custom produced on demand, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- an incorrect size was ordered
- you changed your mind after placing the order
- the product does not meet personal expectations
We therefore recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order:
- arrives damaged
- contains a production defect
- or you received the wrong item
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
