Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
All our products are made to order to reduce waste.
Production time: approximately 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped with track & trace.
Shipping time:
• Netherlands & Belgium: approx. 2–5 business days after production
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days after production
Total delivery time: approximately 4–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Free shipping on orders over €45 /$50
Each order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Delays
During periods of unexpected demand, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding should any delays occur. Of course, we strive to keep delays to a minimum and keep you informed whenever necessary.
